Programs

The 4R School Education and Plastic Pollution Reduction Initiative is an educational program teaching students about proper waste disposal, environmental issues, and Timor-Leste’s biodiversity. Focus includes Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and teaching students about personal hygiene, which includes how to wash hands properly, considering the Covid-19 situation. This program has a creative and fun aspect, and we hope to encourage students to attend school more often through this. Achieving the objectives of the program, Enable K.A.R.E hopes to better not only the health of the environment but also the people’s health and well-being, which are dependent on the environment that we live in.
